Refund & Replacement Policy

- Product must be in damaged, wrong, dead, or defective condition upon arrival for a replacement


- Uncut unboxing video required for claims

- Refunds may take up to 1 week for payments made via the payment gateway.

- Bank transfers and COD orders may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account


- Returns allowed in rare cases with a 10% charge, plus twice the shipping charge if cancelled after shipping (product must be sealed)


- No returns/refunds/replacements for opened products or if not liked

- If a customer chooses the cash on delivery option, they must pay a 10% advance to finalize the purchase. The money is non-refundable if the consumer refuses to accept the delivery for any reason.


- Refunds processed after products received and verified


- Refund provided ( according to the usage time), if product unavailable for replacement


- All accessories must be returned with the product


- Faulty products picked up for testing; customer bears shipping charges if product found to be non-faulty
